i was always struggling with problems of time management and could never get enough time to learn. then i read a book called atomic habits. the book says that if you improve 1% per day, then this improvement increases like compound interest and over 365 days you improve not 365 but more than 3600 percent.
this works just like the slow and steady tortoise who won the race.
i applied this technique and made sure that i will read at least one small topic every day. i kept doing that for months, and i found that i was way better than where i started in a very short time.
